FILMMAKER

Born in Malaysia and finished his tertiary education in UK, Yew Weng Ho started off his career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He then ventured into performing arts (which he always wanted to do) for a couple of years and then 8 years with Sky Television. After that he set up his own property company.

Yewweng was involved with the book which the film was based on and also the script/storyline for the short. He was later approached by the writer/producer Gordon Lewis to direct the film as his original director ended up in hospital just before rehearsals and shooting started.

Apart from directing school plays and acting in them, this is his debut as a film director.
