Dreamcaught focuses on relations between seemingly accidental images we come across in our dreams or nightmares. The film is kept in a dark surrealistic atmosphere, mostly inspired by 20th Century photography such as Andre Kertesz and Henri Cartier-Bresson, and influenced by the works of Guillaume Apollinaire.

ABOUT THE FILMMAKER
Born and raised in Poland, Natasza Cetner studied Animation in London at the University of Westminster. The thing that draws her towards animation is the connection between the picture and the sound, the movement inspired and created by music. She tries to look at life through the prism of the absurd and surrealism. Natasza’s animations have screened at many leading film festivals around the world, including the Edinburgh Short Film Festival, the 36th Annual Exhibition at Royal Ulster Academy of Arts, Belfast and Palm Springs International Animation Festival.
